“Mesmerizing… explosive… intelligent… he belongs on the world stage.”
Piano virtuoso Stephen Beus, who performed on our stage this winter with The Five Browns, brings the WMPAC audience into his home studio for a performance and informal sharing of some of his favorite work. The half hour performance will include an internationally diverse series of short pieces, and a view into what he finds compelling about each. Stephen studied at Juilliard, and made his Carnegie Hall debut shortly after graduating. He has gone on to perform both with symphonies and as a soloist at concert halls around the US and in over a dozen countries. After the performance, there will be a short Q&A with Stephen about his career, and how he’s managing to practice with a wife and young children in quarantine.
