OUR CONTINUED COMMITMENT
COVID-19 POLICY FOR WINTER ’22
ENTRANCE POLICY
Beginning December 27th, 2021, in order to see a show in person at WMPAC, patrons must either show proof of a negative COVID test (which is free in Big Sky) administered within 72 hours of show time, or show proof of vaccination. Children 4 & under are exempt.
At the entry of each performance, please be prepared to show proof of either a negative COVID-Test that was administered within 72 hours of show time or full vaccination. There are two ways to present this evidence:
- Self-attestation accompanied by visual evidence (picture of test results or vaccination card)
- MY BINDLE entry pass
We are using the MyBINDLE app for event management, which creates an anonymous entry pass where no personal health information is shared with WMPAC, nor the app developers. LEARN MORE ABOUT BINDLE HERE.
Throughout the winter, there is free COVID testing available in Big Sky through Big Sky COVID Relief. More information on testing locations available at bigskyrelief.org
A VARIETY OF APPROACHES
For those who may not be ready yet to be in a full theater, we are bringing back the outdoor In a Landscape experience in January, and also our Beyond the 4th Wall experience, which is made for small private groups throughout the winter.
THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE
Similar to last season, the majority of our performances will be broadcast either live or shortly after the performance has been completed on our website. For patrons who feel more comfortable at home, we have created a high quality streaming experience with multiple high-end cameras that will provide a different and equally engaging cultural opportunity. Single virtual tickets and virtual season passes are all available for purchase starting December 1st on our website.
SANITATION, MASKS, AND AIR FILTRATION
WMPAC operates in partnership with the Big Sky School District #72, and we continue to develop and implement consistent deep cleaning protocols. Mask wearing is dynamic, and we are working in congruence with the Big Sky School District and current local, state, and federal recommendations. Mask requirements and recommendations will remain fluid throughout the winter. Throughout the performances, we will be mixing in outside air consistently and we have upgraded all of our air handling units with MERV-13 air filters.
THE SHOW DOES NOT HAVE TO GO ON
WMPAC recognizes that we are still in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. If the show cannot go on for any reason, we will either postpone or cancel the performance. Tickets are absolutely refundable. We’ve arrived at this current plan with lots of learning and an abundance of caution, and we continue to believe and support the notion that great performances have the power to heal, inspire and ultimately bring us together, even as we continue to grapple with the ongoing public health emergency.
