Mo Amer is changing the face of American standup. His complex life story provides the fodder for his comedy: he is a Palestinian refugee and American citizen, and provides a fresh take and biting humor on the global geopolitical scene. He has performed on five continents and well over two dozen countries, including being the only Arab American comic to perform for US and coalition troops stationed overseas. Amer has also performed over 600 shows with his friend and mentor, Dave Chappelle, who had a cameo as the announcer during his 2018 Netflix special, The Vagabond.
